Political and Historical Events Converge with Biblical Prophecies

We’re living in a day and age which, on the one hand, is extremely fascinating, where world history is being written at an unprecedented level. At the same time, human suffering is rising on a daily basis, also making this perhaps the most serious age that humankind has ever seen.

There is a pattern to events unfolding in the world, and unfortunately, many people completely misunderstand and misinterpret the pattern. Through this blog, I will attempt to help myself and others to comprehend the pattern.

At the same time, modern world events cannot be fully understood without a comprehensive study of the biblical prophecies. It’s like a giant four dimensional jigsaw puzzle. Biblical prophets like Isaiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, Joel, and the apostle John provide us with the framework of events that will come to pass. World events constantly provide us with an abundance of pieces to this puzzle, and when the framework of the biblical prophecies are understood, it’s easy to see where these pieces belong and how the picture emerges.

October 2022 marked the end of the shmitta, or the Jewish sabbatical year. This also means that October 2022 marked the beginning of a new seven-year cycle. I believe that we are now in the beginning of that cycle which the Bible refers to as the Day of the Lord. The coming years will see human beings fail completely in their futile attempts at creating a better society, but those that put their trust in God alone will be blessed beyond measure.
